[Review] Cuepido Antioxidant Booster Serum & Luminous Beauty Essence

You may have a slight impression of the natural beauty brand name, Cuepido as we have previously reviewed two of their beautiful makeup items before here. Today, we would love to share with you lovelies our experience of using two of their beauty products, which incidentally are two of their best-selling items. Yes, we are talking about Cuepido's Antioxidant Booster Serum and the Luminous Beauty Essence.

Simple is Beautiful, that is the brand's philosophy, which we love. A beauty brand from the States, Cuepido takes pride in making sure that the products they offer are all derived from natural sources, and most of all, FREE from commonly known harmful ingredients - all Cuepido products are formulated without parabens, phthalates, tricloson, suphates and gluten. Cuepido Antioxidant Booster Serum (30ml at MYR210)
Comes in a really dainty glass bottle, this Antioxidant Booster Serum is a restorative blend of potent antioxidant, with a mix of vitamins and minerals proven to improve skin tone and texture, while providing long-term hydrating and firming effects. Rooibos is an advanced antioxidant to defend against wrinkle-causing free radicals while softening, smoothing and restoring skin suppleness. Suitable for all skin type, this serum comes with a dropper which dispenses the serum hygienically.

The serum has a orange colour to it, does not have any scent though. Smooth in a watery gel-like texture, it forms a layer of thin veil onto our skin once we applied it all over our face and neck. It is super lightweight which we absolutely love. It is most definitely one of the most enjoyable serums that we have tried thus far. We love the hydration factor that the booster serum provides, keeping our skin feeling comfortable, hydrated and easy for our next step of skincare, which is the moisturiser. It also feels like it has a little "tightening" effect, nonetheless, gentle enough to have our face feel relaxed after application. Over time, it does give our skin the boost that we need, in terms of radiance and suppleness. Definitely a winner, highly recommended. Here about this product.

Cuepido Luminous Beauty Essence (120ml at MYR250)
Over time, as we age, skin loses its elasticity and the ability to retain moisture, Sodium Hyaluronate as part of a skincare regiment does come in handy, and this is found in one of Cuepido best-sellers, the Luminous Beauty Essence, which has a combination of functions - brightening beauty essence that improves skin texture, minimises dark spots, helps boost skin cell regeneration, hydrates and brightens overall skin condition to give it that luminous dewy glow. Packed full of Vitamin C, E and algae extract and antioxidant properties, it also neutralises free radicals.

We love that this brightening and treatment lotion is housed in a study see-through glass bottle, with a extra plastic cap. Almost like any essence, it is watery, colourless and has a super light-weight texture. Very hydrating and gentle, it makes the skin feel soft and melts away the tiredness at the end of a long day. It can be applied with the palm and pad it into the skin or with cotton pads by smoothing it over the face. It also helps to allow better absorption of your subsequent skincare application after this essence. It works well in terms of hydrating our face and keeps it moist for a really good base-makeup after that too!

We didn't see the effect of dark spots lightening after finishing one whole bottle of this essence though but it definitely lives up to its moisture and hydrating function. Here about this product.

Here you go, two very promising skincare products we have tried from Cuepido and we have enjoyed them tremendously.
