The sun announced its entrance with a great smile this Saturday, but not enough to make us leap right out of bed, not just yet, earlier this morning. Bed is like the aroma of coffee smell that pinned us right down to where we are, not able to escape, yet excited to savour it all and get going with things for the day.
That tug-of-war finally ended with a thought just came knocking in our half-asleep brain, "Wake up now! You have a hair-cut appointment". So, that's when reality kicks into full gear *_^
We love Saturdays for the fact that things could be carefree enough to put some time aside for ourselves (ME time), to do things (or not, perhaps if we don't really feel like it!). Such great luxury in life, we feel we need to appreciate as much as we can, for now.
We are not too sure what the future holds, but we do hope it's an exciting one, nonetheless.
Let's take each day as it comes along and go with the flow more, this is our new mantra for the year! Happy happy Saturday and enjoy your weekend, lovelies *_^

I hear you, I am having a lazy Saturday. SO COLD here, 22 degrees for a high, was supposed to meet friends for dinner and drinks tonight but my friends car broke down and she could not get to the station. So I will be spending the evening with Netflix. And gosh so wish I could wear lip color like this.

oh dear, sorry to hear about your friend's car, Allie. It happened to me recently and it was not a good thing, trust me. It was quite an experience when you have a suspicious man on the bike stopped over and asking you if you need "help"!! Luckily two toll patrol guys came along and diffused the situation. gosh! I was pretty lucky...

It's nice to have a day where you can just move at your own pace however you want and Saturdays are that day for me as well. We actually ended up getting up and out earlier than usual this past Saturday since we were invited to a special preview tasting at a hot new restaurant in NYC. Yes free food always motivates me haha.
