Time passed us by too fast that we almost could not catch up with it, due to the work load and traveling that we have been doing of late. But amidst the hustle and bustle of things, we have been quietly enjoying some of these makeup items presented by M.A.C cosmetics with its collaboration with style icon, Julia Petit in her name sake collection. Although this colourful and exotic range is no longer in store here in Malaysia, we can't help but to share just a bit of our experience using them.

Julia Petit is a lifestyle blogger from Sao Paolo, coming from that South American Brazilian background, one can guess that her vibrant, exotic way towards makeup and beauty has earned her a cult following. When we posted some of our pictures of the makeup products, she even "liked" them, which is quite a surprise for us *_^ You can check out more of her IG feed here.
First up, we super LOVE this soft-beige rosy Linda Powder cheek blush that comes in a black round casing. A see-through front, complete with Julia Petit's signature in bronze, the colour looks a little bronze and once applied, it gives that really warm sun kissed look to our complexion. Absolutely a great alternative to the usual pinkish blushers we have. Definitely loving this one.
We had two lipsticks from the collection - The Cranapple, which is a strong red shade and Rebel Rev, deep violet colour. Out of both the shades, we prefer Cranapple as we feel we can carry this colour much better. Nonetheless, both have such vibrant hues, with great intensity that you would most definitely stand out from the crowd if you put on any of these lipsticks *_^
Love the simple packaging of this Julia Petit collection and it most definitely serves as a great addition to our M.A.C Cosmetics collection stash! Thanks M.A.C Malaysia for the love.
Till our next colorful adventure with the brand, check them out here. Have a fun loving week ahead, lovelies *_^
Those lipsticks Jeann! I want to apply them so badly by just looking at your post! I will try to check it out if they are available on the Mac stores here in India!

haha good luck, Nilu! and have fun if you manage to get your hands on them *_^
DeleteIt looks like you've been enjoying MAC a lot. Red lipsticks are my favorite. It's so easy to wear a red lipstick. You can wear it alone and keep everything simple on the face. I've not tried the MAC lipstick but I heard they're good =)
ReplyDeletehaha yes Yen. Been loving them. M.A.C has one of the best lipsticks around, I remembered one of my first lipstick that I really love and owned way back in my uni years was a M.A.C lipstick *_^
Deletegreat coverage and pigment and beautiful vibrant colours. Variety of choices and textures too.
