Thanks again Burberry for giving LUMINNEJ this honour and opportunity to LIVE stream the brand's latest up-and-coming Burberry Prorsum Womenswear Spring/Summer 2015 runway show! 

Like many fans of Burberry out there around the world, it is a highly anticipated event and every time, Burberry does not fail to mesmerize her fans with stellar fashion, impressive set designs, top-notch models (and guest celebrities appearances), artful inspiration and great live music. We believe this coming one is no exception! 

What's more, congrats to Christopher Bailey, the visionaire behind Burberry for winning the "Designer Of The Year" at the 17th Annual British GQ Men of The Year Award at The Royal Opera House in London recently!

This Chief Creative and CEO of Burberry was presented the award in recognition of Burberry's significant contribution to the world of fashion, supporting and nurturing emerging British talent and innovations in the digital space. 

We feel he absolutely deserve the title, based on all the work that he has done for and with Burberry as a brand *_^

Today is quite a day.
It's been raining for almost big part of today

Truly exciting times for this iconic British brand, now launching their latest brand new fragrance to their existing line of fragrance family. It's called My Burberry, and we bet you may have a feeling who are the faces behind this latest campaign already... no? Haha

Are we a perfume person? To be honest, not exactly. But the more and more we read and got many different types of samplings and sharing from promoters, we begin to see why people love fragrances. Just the thought that we could never really finish a bottle of it really ache the craziness out of us.!Hhhhmmm... but who knows, we are seriously looking into getting one ourselves *_^

Places | Beautiful Bali Experience: Part 1

We absolutely, completely fell in love with Bali! Yes, no question about it. As naive as it may sound, even though it was only a weekend trip and a short 3-day stay (our first time to Bali), this beautiful place has stolen a piece of our heart away, the moment we stepped feet there recently. Jetlag? No way as Malindo Airline was such a pleasant flight that time whisked away like the late morning breeze that welcomed us. We had so much fun with the shoot, our stay at Centra Taum Seminyak Bali and the lovely villa and local delights. Come with us and discover more!

Review: Nars Dual-Intensity Eyeshadow Looking Absolutely Sensual

You could not believe how excited we were to be told that we would be receiving the NARS latest Dual-Intensity eyeshadows in our mailbox! Well, that day had arrived previously and we were pleasantly surprised that the beautiful friends at NARS Malaysia also included, in the package their new Wet/Dry Eyeshadow brush! Thanks NARS Malaysia *_^

We are sure most of you know of this brand that has such cult followings. Who doesn't love a NARS makeup, right? The two shades we have are CALLISTO and SUBRA. This latest Dual-Intensity Eyeshadow comes in a sleek black casing with magnetic opening/closing. It snaps opens and closes very nicely. It also houses a mirror and the eyeshadow is designed with clean layers of lines which we absolutely love!

The Unveiling of Za Autumn/Winter 2014 Makeup and Skincare (Za Men too!)

Za as a brand has been pushing the envelope towards offering skincare and makeup products that work effectively at a very affordable price. Some time in October, 2013 we saw the launch of the Perfect Solution range, an all-round anti-aging skincare collection that targets to eliminate dullness and wrinkles. We have tried out the moisturizer from the range and have been liking it since. (previous event post here). This time around, we were very excited to see what new innovations that Za would be presenting at the TGV Indulge at One Utama.

The week is gingerly winding down and this weekend is quite special for all Malaysians as we are celebrating our 57th Independence Day. Lots would have made plans as it is a short long weekend (are we making sense? haha *_^), Monday is also a public holiday for us. Yay! 

We discovered this editorial spread called Time After Time (oh Cindy Lauper's number spring to our mind *_^) and found it pretty captivating, almost has that weekend sort of feel, with a touch of glam here and there, yet encompasses that retro feel to it. Everything seems effortless, that is how we feel a weekend should be. Thought to share it with you here.

New David Jones Clutch And A Few Lovely Things

We have been on the look out for a new clutch or sling bag since the current one has decided to raise its white flag. We love sling bag as it is convenient. When it comes to handbags, here are some of our criterias to meet. 1. It has to have lots of separate compartments 2. It cannot be too heavy 3. It has to be reasonable in size.

Being a somewhat "organize" freak myself, I always look for bags that have a great deal of inside compartments, like pockets for mobile phone, keys, makeup items and what not so that all of my things can be organized properly. When I need to grab a certain item from my bag, it is always quick and easy *_^

KLFW2014: Still Rocking It The Farah Khan Way

The sheer name-mention of the word Farah Khan is enough to turn heads, be it whether you are a local fashion buff or one of the many die-hard fans from a string of Hollywood celebrity followers of the brand. Farah Khan as a brand is synonymous with beautifully handcrafted and hand beaded sequin dresses, with a feel of luxe and femininity. She embraces the whole womanhood in terms of style as well as empowering us with a sense of control over what woman really love - to feel beautiful and be your beautiful best, in the most glamourous way, of course *_^

The recent Kuala Lumpur Fashion Week (KLFW2014) show was no exception. Dato really does know how to put on a great show! Opening act is always an attention grabber, with a group of models wearing lovely sequin shorts and pants, knee-length killer boots and casual-chic sweater with bold statements that echo her philosophy towards life and fashion in general, coupled with upbeat fast-paced music. Such a great vibe it was.

We were super duper excited to be invited to our very first M.A.C event! Yes, and this time, this leading brand of professional cosmetics will unveil their latest autumn winter 2014 trends via a special presentation by the fabulous Romero Jennings, Director of Makeup Artistry, all the way from New York to Malaysia! Such luck we were in, all thanks to the kind people over at M.A.C. Malaysia *_^

The day started off with a beautiful reception at The Gardens Theatre (it was also our very first time there), with a quick morning breakfast and all of us were ushered into the well decorated theatre seating of the hall, all geared up to be wowed, most definitely...

We are still very much not over the mood of the recent Kuala Lumpur Fashion Week 2014, in fact, we have just met with one of the fashion designers showcased at the fashion show last week! Quite some interesting collections unveiled at Pavilion KL that day, some quirky cute ones by Hayden Koh (more here), we loved his previous season more actually, some all black ensemble by Jasmi Rejab, and some real elegant and feminine yet strong silhouettes by Justin Yap (more here). Perhaps you were my sunny white sun ray that creeps into my bathroom or my living space that very morning when I gently opened my eyes and you cheekily plunge yourself right onto my earthy brown sofa that looks irresistible even for someone as serious as you.

Perhaps you have been lingering over my shoulder for quite some time, or perhaps you have visited me back then, some where over the shadow of my dreams, calling upon me the serenity of a lullaby so soft but real that it almost burst into echoes of loneliness, yet somehow managed to squeeze out that extra tinge of happiness out of me.
