[Inspiration] Preen Pre-Fall 2015 Looking Chic

Having high profile women wearing their designs, Preen is a British brand which we came across accidentally and immediately fell in love with their recent Pre-fall 2015 collection. Those high profile women we mentioned earlier include A-listers like Cate Blanchett, Diane Kruger, Michelle Obama, Carey Mulligan, Gwyneth Palthrow, Scarlett Johansson, just to name a few.

Debuted their very first Spring Summer 2001 collection in London, since then, the brand also showcased at the New York fashion week. Led by two power house designer, Justin Thornton and Thea Bregazzi, the couple's design is very much minimal chic, with a deconstructed sense towards fashion.

What we love about this Pre-fall collection is a sense of easy relax opulence, a sense of luxe, with a touch of sporty pieces, details of big front-pailletted cashmere, interesting knits and oh, that lovely red and yellow lace dresses, so feminine, in a cool way.

A pretty interesting collection, we must say. Love the wearability of them. More of the rest of the collection via vogue here. Meanwhile, here are some of LUMI's favourite picks.

More about the brand, Preen here. Preen also extended their brand into eyewear, shoes and what they called, Mini Preen (kidswear), ultra cute. It looks like they are set to conquer the British fashion world and beyond. All visuals via Preen website and vogue.

Till our next inspiration, stay luminously chic, lovelies *_^

  2. I thought the designer played with lace really well. I love the red top & skirt on one of the model. Maybe it's Chinese New Year now so I kind of lean towards red more. LOL!
